BUYERS BEWARE!

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I don't know what else to do. This company took my money, but never delivered my order. I've written them twice to check on the status of the order, but they never responded. Sometimes things happen, but at least have the courtesy to get back to me. The only recommendation I have is DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Ordered multiple items, one item never arrived and was refunded

I ordered two comic sets designed by Rose Besch, the Virgin+Trade Swimsuit special, and a 9.8 slabbed virgin Doom's Division. I ordered the former only because I was already ordering the latter.

The latter never came and was refunded, but prior to being made aware of this, as I ordered from Cowabunga already, I didn't order from the only other retailer where this was still available.

As the refund and cancellation was not expedient and not something I was made aware of early on, I lost all options for this item and now the item is entirely inaccessible.

I am — very displeased with my experience at Cowabunga.
