Fan Expo New Orleans also marked another strong weekend for Cowabunga Comics exclusives. We brought a curated lineup of limited-edition books that you couldn’t grab anywhere else, and the response was incredible. From striking cover art to low-print-run variants, collectors were digging through stacks, asking questions, and locking in pieces they knew wouldn’t be around for long. These exclusives are a huge part of what we love doing at shows, giving fans something truly unique to remember the weekend by.
A New Banner and a Bigger Presence
If you had been to previous shows with us, you probably noticed it right away. Our new and improved Cowabunga Comics banner made its debut in New Orleans, and it did exactly what we hoped it would do. It stood out from across the floor and made it easy for fans to spot us, whether they were hunting exclusives, looking for live-stream details, or just stopping by to say what’s up.

One of the biggest highlights of the weekend was how much action we had beyond the convention floor. We ran great shows on eBay Live and Whatnot throughout the entire weekend, bringing the Fan Expo New Orleans energy straight to viewers at home. Whether you were standing in front of the booth or bidding from across the country, you were part of the experience.
The live shows were packed with deals, rapid-fire auctions, exclusives, and plenty of interaction with the chat. It was nonstop momentum and a perfect example of how Cowabunga Comics blends in-person events with live online selling to reach the whole community at once.
