Roadside Gem: A Stop at Three Alarm Comics 

 

On our drive back from the New Orleans Fan Expo, we made a pit stop at Three Alarm Comics in Biloxi, MS, and honestly, it was one of the highlights of the road trip. The Mississippi Gulf Coast is certainly a lot more interesting than I had first thought!

 


Massive space and selection greeted us right away. Whether you’re a long-time collector or just browsing for something fun, the layout makes it easy to wander and explore without feeling overwhelmed.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, happily ready to help. It had that classic local-shop vibe where you actually want to chat and search the stacks.
One of the coolest things we noticed was how diverse the sections and offerings were. From stacks of current issues to backstock and fun collectibles, there was something for every kind of fan. Rumor has it they even run events and guest signings, making the shop a real hub for the local comic community.

We happened to grab a bunch of awesome books in great condition

It was especially great being able to find some Absolute Batman!

Whether you’re just passing through or making a planned stop, Three Alarm Comics is well worth your time if you love comics and a great local shop experience. I will certainly be back next year!
